Our order arrived 45 minutes late, which was unacceptable. I contacted EZCater via chat and was initially told the driver was running late and would arrive within 5–10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I reached out again and was informed that the driver never picked up the order and that the restaurant manager was personally delivering the food. In the end, the food arrived 45 minutes late. The food was good as usual but we had to adjust our work day because of the food order.

Our delivery was late for the first time from Roots but not the fault of Roots. Still one of our favorites and we'll keep coming back!
