I had a very disappointing experience with Roots Handmade Pizza. I placed an order that was confirmed, but it was never made. There was no call, no response, and no acknowledgement from the restaurant. Even when the ezCaterer tried reaching out to them, they received no reply. We waited with no updates and were left without our order. This lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Roots Handmade Pizza after this experience.

We have used Roots before for pizzas for our Halloween event & it was such a hit we decided to try their sliders for a Mini Golf event we held for staff. This time we tried more sliders & salads & it was a hit. All the food was so tasty & packaged nicely for delivery.

Delivery was early, but the pizza was still delicious. They were nicely portions for our group!
