Food arrived on time and driver was very helpful in setting up. Many of the containers lids were not securely fastened and paper bowls were soggy. Other than that, the food was good.

The food was delicious, fresh, hot, and well received. The store's delivery driver (not 3rd party) was missing our beverage cup sets for the dozens of gallons of drinks we ordered (lychee black tea, thai tea, and unsweetened tea), and she told us that it was because we only ordered 1 set of 6 cups. We had to pull up our receipt to prove that we ordered and paid their rate for 50+ cups, and only then did the driver call the restaurant to try to figure out if it was indeed an error on their part. We truly appreciated that the store came back and re-delivered the cups as soon as they could, although it was after the event started.

The service from Roostar was absolutely amazing. The owner happened to deliver the food and she went above and beyond to organize and label all of the food. She also stuck around to explain to our training participants how the food was setup (ex: protein, vegetarian, etc…). The food tasted amazing and I will definitely order from here again!
