We ordered a couple of acai bowls and juices. I requested to have the order packed with ice to keep the items chilled but they just came in regular bags. The sizes our drinks were pretty small as well. The order also arrived almost 20 minutes late so the packed ice (or some type of cooler) would have helped. The driver was nice enough to call me ahead of time (while stuck in traffic) and update me on his ETA

I ordered smoothies and açaí bowls. They were good, but the smoothies were all melted. I would suggest the restaurant pack with some sort of ice for delivery. Delivery was fifteen minutes early and left with security.
