It was late but the staff apologized for the issue and let us know they would do better in the future. I ordered from them during the summer and had no issues. So I have no doubt, I simply caught them on an off day.

Food was delivered a little too early. First time using this vendor. Clients liked the variety and quality of the food.

Order is over 2 hours late and still no food. No one can reach Staff @ Rise Pies or the delivery driver for EZCater. Definitely will not be doing this again. Finally able to reach delivery driver after everyone ordered food or left to get something else and now it is on its way. The staff @EZCater who answer the phone are extremely helpful and try to help. But Rise Pies was such a disappointment!

The nice delivery man called and advised me he would only be a couple minutes late, due to a bad crash he had to go around.
