I did a large order of food for the pm but they mistaken the time and attempted to deliver on the am. Then they redelivered the same food on the pm. My staff ended up complaining about the food being slimy and had a foul odor. We filed a complaint to ezcater. This was some shady practice that could have food poisoned over 100 workers.

Food was good. Guy that delivered was nice. It came before the scheduled time a bit too early. Main issue was that we requested table set up but because he was travelling in a cab he did not want to bring in all the way inside because he said he didn't want a ticket. I was made to carry everything back and forth across the building because of this and had to do the set up myself.

Food was excellent. Plenty of food for everyone. Staff loved it.
