So yummy!! We usually get the pastalaya but we tried the jambalaya this time and the students loved it!! The men also REALLY liked the pork and sausage jambalaya!!

The pastalaya was seasoned to perfection! Not too spicy and and not too mild-- literally just right! Also, the chicken was very moist!! AND the food always stays piping hot for my guests no matter when I choose to serve it!
