Food left the restaurant 20 mins late, the driver didn't understand where my building was even though I explained clear as the sky , repeated it about 15 times on the phone to him, He had to hand the phone to someone on the street so that person could tell me where he was actually at. THEN they tell me he has no cart and I need to come down the 30 floors to meet him with a cart. THIS IS EzCATERS JOB NOT MINE. I had my order set to "NEEDS TO BE SET UP FOR ME." The kids at Take your child to work day had to wait AN HOUR to eat. VERY frustrated with Ezcater

Food was only a few minutes early which was great and good quality. Nice salad too.
