We have a rather large ($450) order scheduled for delivery at 7pm on a Saturday evening. When we placed the order we called and confirmed this delivery time would not present any challenges, and were assured it would not be an issue. When we placed the order online we even indicated that we would come and get the order if delivery would be a challenge. The order was cold.
