The food from this restaurant is so fresh. I love the vinegar carrots in the salad. The marinated chicken is the best I’ve ever had. I also highly recommend the.birria quesadilla.

Our office was super impressed with the tacos. They want me to order from Redbirds more often, and get extra ceviche.

Red bird scratch kitchen is my favorite! The Birria quesadillas are amazing! Total crowd place. The flavor is so good. I also like that salads. The fresh cut corn on the cob and vinegar carrots add a nice touch. The marinate the chicken is simple, but excellent flavor.
