Ordered 4 of the family feast for an office. Only one was delivered, so I was short food for 3/4 of what I ordered for. EZCater operator called restaurant where GM stated he gave the entire order to driver, disconnected and never followed up. EZCater then tried to contact driver with no response. This is the 2nd time I’ve had issues with this restaurant. Last time they confirmed and accepted order, never showed, then played the pass the blame game saying someone accepted order and never passed it along. Gave 2nd chance and will NOT be using Red Lobster again, would recommend the same to anyone thinking of ordering there.

Food was a hit either way the office. The family meal is great.

Very good. I just didn't like how it comes packed family style vs buffet style. It will good for a smaller group, just not a huge group of 40.

Office always asks for red lobster. Good variety, timely delivery and always good!
