I'm not a fan of bad reviews, but this one had to be said. I asked for set up, I got none. There was nothing to keep the food warm. Food delivered in cardboard box that was soaked in heavy grease, and was all over everything. It took me 15 minutes to clean everything up. Order was for 12 people. We got 8 buns. I'm not sure how that equates to enough for my 12 people. Except for the mac n cheese and cornbread, all the food was extremely soupy and tasteless. Needed seasoning.

We ordered Real SmoQ'ed for a corporate event. The food was SO GOOD! The portions were large, and the food was delicious. Everyone in the restaurant was super friendly and even helped me carry it to my car. We will most definitely be ordering from here again!

It was good this time, but not as flavorful. Still one of the best BBQ places in Cleveland.

This meal SMACKED. These guys knew exactly what they were doing. The holy baked beans were genius. They had some type of apple in there that complemented the sweetness so well and the slight crunch it added had me in a chokehold. The pulled pork. You don’t even need any type of sauce with how good this was made. Not dry AT ALL. The sauce they gave was fire, but I suggest ordering extra if you really wanna have a good time. The vegetables- don't even care if these came from a frozen bag because they were fire AND they WERE SEASONED which puts them leaps and bounds ahead of their competitors who boil some canned green beans and lather them in some sea salt and send it out like it tastes good or something. The service was absolutely top tier. They even called when they were on the way, which isn’t even something they HAD to do. AND THEY DELIVERED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WORST SNOWSQUALL CLEVELAND HAS SEEN THIS SEASON. Please give these guys your business. They DESERVE IT!

The delivery was right on time and my coworkers can not stop talking about how delicious the food was! Will gladly order again!

This order was adequate, but the food wasn't that fresh or kept warm enough. I have ordered better BBQ from other places..
