The food was an absolute hit - our group loved the variety, from the fried chicken and traditional soul food sides like mac and cheese, greens, yams, and rice, to the curry options. I had ordered 6 quantities each of the butter chicken and veg curry meals, thinking that the curries would be delivered in larger trays for buffet service, but they ended up arriving in separate boxes. In the future, I will request that the curries be packaged for easier buffet service so that people can more easily taste different options. Also, I had ordered a quantity of food anticipating 25 people, but we only had 20 - and almost all the food was consumed, so I am making a note here to order a bit more in the future if we have a larger group.
