This is the 2nd time we've ordered from you and had a terrible delivery experience. The delivery person calls us when she's at the wrong address, talks over us when we repeat to her the correct address, calls 2-3 times confused on what floor to go to and how to get there. The directions were labelled clearly in our order instructions. The kosher box is nice, but not worth the hassle.
