Ordered boxed lunch for office lunch meeting. Sodas/waters were not cold, they were all warm. Had put note to label sandwich type on each box and boxes were not marked so attendees did not know what was in each box as a sandwich option. Boxes came with fries and there were no ketchup packets in the delivery
