I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I had organized a corporate event for around 20 teammates and ordered catering from Puranpoli via ezcater. The order was supposed to arrive at 3.30 PM. There is no way to know the location or reach the delivery driver like Doordash. The people gathered and I had to keep 20 people waiting for food for 1.5 hours because the delivery came in at 5 PM. It was so embarrassing for me and the worst experience. I called them 10 times to get the update on the delivery and they kept saying 10 minutes more. It was such a stressful and embarrassing situation. I will never order food again for Puranpoli/ezcater. I don’t trust them with catering.

Such delicious food! Love the spice and got lots of rave reviews from this restaurant! The delivery was also spot on and the food was packaged so well! Will definitely order from here again!
