We have ordered from Pumpernickel several times for big event at my work. We ordered this time for an offsite event. When the food was delivered the liquid in the black beans has spilled all over the other items. The box packed in was soggy. It was a mess. We unpacked and cleaned up and noticed we had no shells despite the description stating soft shells. We also did not have enough serving spoons and because we were offsite, we could not use our own. We had to make do with individual spoons. This go around I was very unimpressed.
