I really appreciate Nima's effort in getting to the office early (I ordered food for 11:30am, he came at 11:00am ready to go in his truck). Gave me a call to start rolling the food in, and was helpful, came prepared with serving utensils, plates, napkins, and extra sauces. He helped take the lids off all the catering trays, cans out of the boxes, and lids off all the dressing containers/sauces. He made the catering process a breeze, and is a genuinely great guy. I would order from Pub Republic again for private parties, and corporate catering in the future. The fried chicken was surprisingly delicious (and still crispy even after 2-hours at room temp), the jalapeno tater tots were a hit, I love their unique barbecue sauce (it felt house made and made with thought, and had a great sweet, mellow flavor. I think it had onions in it). The house chips are FIRE, goes great with their chipotle aioli. The sliders were a crowd pleaser, and so was the mac & cheese.
