I can't believe a business is run so poorly as to forget to bring the printed order from the owner's home to the restaurant, try and make the food an 75 minutes after the confirmed pickup time, and then let the wage workers handle the fallout and blame. In the end they didn't even make the food nor issue some sort of compensation. Embarrassing. Years of ordering from them down the drain. Thank you ezCater support, but this is beyond disrespectful on the restaurant's part.

Food was a hit, delivery was seamless. The way they packaged the catering ingredients was the best I've seen; it made set up so quick and clean. My only critique is that there was not enough protein. I ordered catering for 20, only had 14 in-office, and still ran out of protein before everyone ate. There's no option to order an extra side of protein (or anything else). If that was added as an option, it would be perfect. Regardless, will definitely order again!

2 of 3 items ordered were great. The lava bombs were a fan favorite for everyone. There were a few issues with wrong sides & substitutes: Lava bombs were supposed to be with salmon, they made it with tune, the huli huli chicken bowl had mac salad as a side instead of slaw. The chicken bowl was underwhelming with bland grilled chicken & rice and the wrong assortment of sides.

Delicious as always, the fish was fresh and the containers were amazing , only gripe was the avocado was kind of browned out. but it still tasted good.
