Great food but order was once again late. VERY late. EzCater does nothing to help things arrive on time. It's normal for drivers to pick up your order around the time you scheduled it to be delivered. Super disappointed. I've had this happen on over 10 orders now.

50% of our order was missing and/or attempted to be cancelled just a few moments before we were due to serve the meal. It was unacceptable due to the fact this order was confirmed well before our delivery date. We were able to have a phone call & still receive our meal but this caused a huge hiccup in our event planning and work day. We even had to incur more costs by sending an Uber Courier to get the food because Pret A Manger couldn't meet the delivery expectations.
