While the presentation after unpacking has some improvement, the food was tasty, hot, and delicious.

Food was good, however I ordered 3 platters of Philly steaks and a separate order for one sandwich specifically WITHOUT cheese. I made the note that this sandwich was for someone who was allergic to cheese, therefore the sandwich should not have any cheese whatsoever in it. It arrived with cheese. Also some of the other trays were MISSING cheese which was kind of annoying.
