I recently ordered 35 corporate boxed lunches (catering order) from here, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. My order was ready an hour late, and upon arriving, I was informed that the chicken was 'still frozen'. When I finally got the food, it was missing all of the sides. The worker looked shocked when I asked where the 35 sides of fries were with the order. Then I had to sit and wait for those to be made. The 'boxed' lunches were just handed to me in bags, meaning we had no napkins or utensils. Worse, we were short 8 sandwiches and 25 sides of the mac & cheese we paid for, because the staff didn't want to bake a fresh pan to fulfill the order. This caused a massive disruption, as my employees were left without the lunch they were promised. Very disappointed and will think twice before ordering again.
