Lunch was great, delivery was made on-time. Really grateful to the restaurant staff and delivery person for making everything possible!

The food was good, the restaurant staff was professional and worked with EZCater to resolve the delivery delays. They made sure to keep the lunch orders in a temperature-controlled environment through the delay, which was much appreciated. The problem with this order was largely due to the delivery process. The first delivery driver no showed. Ultimately, it took EZCater almost an hour to secure a second driver. Then, the second driver was given an incorrect address by EZCater support. In the end, the order arrived an hour late. The delivery process is not a reflection of the food vendor, but given the large delay, worth noting.
