Pizza and wings were great! They didn't bring any plates or napkins so we had to get our own, which would have been ok if I had known in advance.

Usually our orders are 5+ stars. However, this was one of those times that it was not. I updated the order within minutes of it being placed due to the wrong date. I received confirmation that the order was updated from the restaurant while I was working with ezCater customer service (via chat). The order was received and the date was updated to a day earlier than originally requested all while I was on chat. I received a call from the delivery person that the order was scheduled for the next day. The person at the location kept asking if I wanted it for the next day when I needed on the updated date they agreed to. Turned out the person who accepted the updated date was on vacation out of the country and accepted the changes but did not update the restaurant of the update. The order arrived an hour and 15 minutes late - when our meeting was ending. The driver was VERY kind and patient. He waited for the order and kept me updated on the status and arrival time.
