I want to share some concerns regarding my lunch order delivery from this restaurant today. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience quite frustrating. Firstly, my lunch was supposed to be delivered at 11:45 am, but it was delivered to an unknown location. The driver didn't follow the instructions to call me when they arrived, which is necessary because the building requires access to the lobby. Consequently, the restaurant had to remake the order and assured me it would be delivered within 40 minutes, which is by 1 pm. However, the lunch did not arrive until after 1:30 pm. Additionally, the delivery was made at the back of the building, and the driver did not speak English, making communication extremely challenging. To top it all off, my gluten-free pizza was missing from the order. I will not use them again and will not recommend Pizza My Heart.
