Good build your own bowl catering option! The packing was a little funny - the order was not sent in bags or a big box so we received many metal trays stacked on top each other. some of them were filled with the food itself, and some were filled with cups or tubs or things, so i didn't know what to expect with each tray. Portion sizes are a little off, but overall it was a good meal.
