They canceled my catering order 30 minutes before it was scheduled to be delivered. I had to scramble to feed 20 people at the last minute. Incredibly unprofessional.

We had a little disconnect with the caterer bc we didn't get notification of the delivery and it was late. But they did follow up to see if anything was missed. I had called ezcater and they attempted to call the restaurant but couldn't get in touch with anyone.

They confirmed in the morning and then were a No Show! Won’t use Pita Stop again…very unprofessional

The food ended up being fine, however it was delivered in a mislabeled bag so the office and I thought it was completely wrong. Ez cater did make it right though and was completely on top of it!
