food was never even ready!!!! the lady that was working today 8/6 was absolutely horrible. she was so rude and was not willing to make my order and have me pay twice after my order wasn’t “ received” after she texted her boss she realized that we did have an order and it took her almost an hour to do it after we had already been asking for 45 min for her to just let us pay twice. i was late to my meeting and missed getting a class i needed for college all because of pinkberry.

on time - and frozen yogurt was packed with care to ensure it stayed cold and frozen! Team LOVED IT! Would love to see different sizes and more flavors and toppings choices

Pinkberry was an absolute hit!! The team loved it. I was so impressed with how long it stayed frozen - 2 hours after being delivered it started to melt a tiny bit.
