Food was ready on time and packaged well. Only downside was plates weren’t in the bag and I ordered a salad so I’m glad I asked for some before I left because 10 people wouldn’t have had anything to eat the salad otherwise even though I selected eating utensils

Another piezonis location, another super late order. Don’t know what the point of ordering ahead is when you have to wait 15-20 min after it is confirmed to be ready. Girl working the front said their food delivery order was late to finish the steak sandwiches and their manager said to wait. In what world that makes sense instead of just making extra of the other kinds of sandwiches especially without communication to the customer is wild. Made me late for a work meeting which made me look incredibly unprofessional. Will not be ordering from this location again.
