The driver was almost 20 minutes late, the home numbers for the restaurant are disconnected. EzCater finally got ahold of the owner who couldn’t get ahold of the driver. When the driver arrived she was on her cell. She would get off her phone to bring the food to the room it needed to be in. She stood at the door while people made multiple trips to take the food. While she was waiting for the food carrier back, she asked to use the restroom. She continued her phone conversation while in the restroom! Wildly unprofessional. Food was ok. Veggies for the burrito bar were carrots, celery and onions. All the tortillas were stuck together. Really disappointing.

I ordered 6 lunches that were supposed to be individually packaged, including one vegan. Instead everything came together in round tins. If you don’t actually offer individual lunches don’t put on EZcater that you do. The food didn’t look good either. Very disappointing.
