We love Petra House and haven't had any issues with our previous orders. Unfortunately our last order, they forgot the plates, napkins and utensils. This left me scrambling last minute for a 40 person lunch. ezcater made it right. I will order from Petra again, but I'll just be ready with the necessities. :)
