We have ordered from here before with good results, and this time there were still some positives. The meatballs and Pasta Pestofredo were flavorful, and the food overall was well received by the group. However, several special instructions were not followed. The requested substitutions for the pasta and salad were not completed, and the salad only partially matched what was requested. The mixed olives and banana peppers were not provided on the side, and the ravioli did not come with the requested pink sauce, despite the menu stating, “Cheese ravioli with your favorite sauce.” The baked ziti was also included even though a substitution was requested. The cookies were unfortunately burnt as well. Customer service did respond with a partial credit, which we appreciate, but the missed instructions impacted the overall experience.

Though the food was good and plentiful, it was delivered 40 minutes late. Everyone was so disappointed.

People loved this option! It was different from usual but sandwiches were well presented and tasty!

The order portions are as stated - sandwiches feed 10 is true. Little disappointed in the portions, not really a good bang for your buck. I didn't get to try the sandwiches ordered but will keep in mind to order extra next time
