Almost perfect, was not provided sufficient chafers (disposable, only 3 for 6 pans) to keep food warm for the 2.5 hour event. The extra pans of food were not provided with warmers either, so they just sat there cold and the original chafers didn’t even last 1.5 hours for the first round of food. So cold pasta for all!
