Packaging is a joke, sauces and veggies spilled all over my car because of the flimsy lids. What's the point of having catering dishes if they don't work? Also, I don't think the crew was prepared to package this. I had to ask them to put my little pans of sauce in a box so they didn't slide all over my trunk- and they still spilled everywhere because the tops are too flimsy to stack and just cave in. Why are we not putting sauces in quart containers? Very poor execution, will not be choosing PepperJax again for our large group catering.
