Office loves the food. Whoever they hired to take the calls on the front end was very unprofessional, and rude. This was not the owner of the business. They called me to complain about changes made to order and to tell me that I needed to deal with them directly. I did explain to the woman that I had booked everything through EZcater, and that she should be dealing with them as that is the reason I had booked through EZ cater. I did explain the situation to easy cater, and they did tell me that she should not have been calling me with her complaints. (apparently easy Cater had left several messages in this girl did not return any of the phone calls, and then was frustrated when she finally figured out that changes had been made. )The business itself does have great food, but they may need to rethink staff.
