I USED TO WORK AT PANERA SO I FREQUENT THIS LOCATION WHEN I WAS A YOUNGSTER AND THE QUALITY DIDN'T CHANGE! THEY HAD SOME MISHAPS BUT THEY MADE UP FOR IT... WE HUMAN!
