I ordered catering from Mantra India for a team event with approximately 30 trays, and while the food quality was generally good, there were several significant issues that impacted our experience. The order arrived approximately one hour late, which disrupted our event schedule and left our team waiting, and no trolley or cart was provided for transport, making it extremely difficult to move 30+ trays from the delivery point to our venue. Additionally, the appetizers were disappointing as they contained very minimal protein/vegetables/paneer and were predominantly filled with base curry, which didn't match our expectations or the value for what we paid. For large catering orders, I'd suggest the restaurant ensure timely delivery, provide appropriate transport equipment, and maintain consistent portion standards across all dishes, as these improvements would make a significant difference for corporate catering clients.

This was our first time ordering from Mantra India and it was wonderful. The portions were huge and everything was delicious.
