Pappasitos is always fresh and delicious. Great quality. Only caveat I have with them is they do not provide complimentary utensils/plates/napkins/serve wear. I order catering on a daily basis from restaurants all over Austin and they all provide it complimentary. With Pappasito's being a higher price point than other catering options, I would think the standard would be to include the plates/napkins/utensils complimentary. Otherwise, delicious and quality food.
