The restaurant failed to deliver any utensils or plates and told me that they did not have any yet charged me for them and again ezcater failed to rectify the problem and send some one to get plates and service. I had to go to the store to buy some missing some of my most important HCPs. Papi’s is a fail and I will never use them again..

We were extremely surprised to see that these were individual bowls. This made our staff extremely happy and we will continue to order from here.

It was requested by the office and was very good. The fish was great.

This is the second time we have arrived to pick up our order, and not only is it not ready, they can't even find the ticket for it, so it's not even in the process of being made. We end up having to wait 20 minutes for them to make it. This is unacceptable, and we probably will not order from Papi's again.
