We had never ordered from Papa Keno's, but we wanted something outside our typical Dominoes. The quality of the food was fine, pizza was perhaps a little overcooked/dry, but it was all eaten. Unfortunately, the order was super late. I had to call and ask if the catering order had been picked up, and they hadn't even left the store (this was already 20 minutes after deadline). I wonder if it would have ever been delivered if I hadn't called..... They did compensate us with gift cards, but it still made our organization look unprepared and unprofessional to attendees and guests.
