I ordered the ginger soy marinated flatiron steak & chicken with roasted fall vegetable medley, poached hasselback potatoes and the famous banana pudding. The steak & chicken so was tender and seasoned to perfection. The veggies consisted of squash, zucchini, onion and sweet potatoes and it was delicious. And let's not forget about the poached hasselback potatoes were flavorsome. The banana pudding was mouthwatering delicious. Believe when I say you cannot go wrong with Panini Catering. My team just LOVED IT!!

The food was good and everyone enjoyed it, but I must say that the pasta was a little too brown on top and dryer than usual. I will continue to include Panini as my first choice - this was the first time in years that something was slightly less than perfect!
