When ordering food I did not go to the end of the menu, I only ordered specific items I needed. It would be much clearer that plates, cutlery and napkins are not included if you add that at the top of the page or ask a question in the app. I ended up with food for 28 with no plates or napkins at an offsite event.

Food from the Palm Palace was great! Everybody loved it and the delicious juices. I did think the price for that salad was a little crazy considering the size, but ... whatever.
