Arrived on time, good communication from the driver and restaurant, and the food was fresh. Everyone really enjoyed it.

Ordered for a conference of 60 people. loved that everything came with labels that indicated allergens and also let people know the approximate serving size. it was classy that it was made by the restaurant so it wasn't like i was telling everyone how much to take. everyone was so impressed and kept asking me for the name of the restaurant so they could go there again. there was plenty of food for our group which was fantastic. This group also has high expectations of food. Plus the person setting up was amazingly helpful and super professional. It arrived 15 minutes early so that it was completely ready by the time indicated on the order. so I recommend putting the time of your actual lunch on the order.

Food was great, but there were a couple issues with delivery and set-up: -Arrived 20 minutes early -Set the food down and tried to not stay to help with actual setting-up, but luckily someone from my office saw her set-down everything and try to leave, then asked her to stay. -I came outside to meet her and mentioned that she was early and asked if she could help set-up because that's what I requested on the notes. She didn't want to stay, and her responses were not the nicest. She even asked what she needed to do? It's easy, help organize the trays of food and unwrap, and place serving utensils out, etc... Food great, service terrible. Thank you
