The restaurant was very late, more than 30 minutes late. I had to contact support. It was extremely stressful when no food showed up to our meeting, running the meeting while talking with ezcater support and the driver. Food came in the middle of the meeting, very disruptive. The reason given by ezcater support for the delay was miscommunication at the restaurant. Everything was very clear on the order so not sure how there would be a miscommunication Overall, terrible and unacceptable experience. The driver was good and communicative and followed the direction for delivery.
