I placed this order believing that the pastas, sauces and proteins would be kept separate in a build-your-own capacity, since the name of the package is "Pasta Your Way." I ordered enough to feed 60 people, and thankfully not everyone showed up because there was not enough pasta to feed 60 people. The protein portions were tiny - as in 20ish shrimp for 10 people. Two shrimp per person? When that is their only protein? Doesn't seem like what would be served in the restaurant. Thankfully I was able to pull it all together and it all worked out in the end after a couple of DoorDash orders of Mac and cheese for our vegetarians (since there was protein mixed in all three pastas.) All in all, I will be reconsidering my pasta catering orders from now on to be sure that the words mean what I think they mean.
