Everything was good, arrived on time. The only issue was online it said the thing of cream cheese feeds 4 so I ordered several. We only needed 2. I would have appreciated if they were more accurate. We had to just throw all the extra away.

The bagels were delicious, but that's where the praise ends. The order was more than 30 minutes late for an hour-long breakfast break, which meant my company's client and my team had to scarf down the food in under 20 minutes when it finally did arrive before returning to their duties. Also, a coffee tote with creamer was ordered and rather than sending a bag of individual creamers they sent a 16 ounce beverage cup filled with cream. This order was for a very important client as well as the production team that is supporting their visit, I was absolutely NOT going to serve that to them. Thankfully I had some other creamers from a previous breakfast left over and made do with those. The food was tasty. I may come by the establishment myself if a bagel strikes my fancy. But I will not be ordering catering for business meetings from this establishment again.
