Delivery was incredibly smooth and the driver was so nice and professional! The bagels arrived literally so fresh they were still warm and the cream cheese was cold. Fruit was so fresh it's almost better than the grocery store. Definitely will consider catering from them again!

For a bagel shop, NYC Bagel & Sandwich Shop fell below expectations. The quality and freshness just didn’t hit the mark, and the overall experience felt underwhelming. Hoping for improvements if we consider ordering again.
