Forgot multiple items, restaurant didn't answer the phone for 1.5 hours. ezCater support promised food would arrive in 15 minutes, but it took 2 hours. Absolutely awful in every way

Northern Cafe has great food but I was disappointed that the serving sizes were incredibly small and the restaurant forgot the fried rice as part of our order. 21 people RSVP'd for lunch so I opted for the 30 person package thinking we would have plenty of left overs, but the serving sizes barely fed our group size. People towards the end of the line only had the bits of broccoli left over from the beef broccoli dish. Additionally, I last minute ordered white rice for pick up because I figured some people may not want fried rice, but glad I did because we didn't get rice at all.

When I went to pick up my order, the team was not aware of it but was kind and accommodated since I showed them my order confirmation.

5 Stars 💫💫💫💫💫 for Northern Cafe!! The food was sublime!! Every year we order for our event we order Chinese food and this time Aall 80 team members raved about every item on the menu!! Presentation was Perfect, appreciated the stylist catering box containers. Top it off, the driver Nick, delivered in a Tesla! Splendid!! 💥 Thanks so Much, we will be ordering from Northern Cafe again!!
