This was an amazing meal, Nirvana did not dissapoint. My only suggestion - make sure to order your rice! I thought all rice was included and it was not. Nirvana did reach out and ask me if we needed rice however it was through EzCater and I couldn't resond in time to have enough rice for my event. We made it work but just a heads up!
