We've ordered from Ninja City twice now, and both times, the food has been a huge hit! Everything arrives hot, fresh, and well-packaged. Our guests really enjoy the flavors, and it’s been a great catering option. The only issue we ran into was with serving the rice. We ordered multiple containers of Chicken Fried Rice and Veggie Fried Rice, each serving 12 people, but no serving utensils were provided. There also wasn’t an option to purchase them under the Miscellaneous category—only standard utensils like forks, spoons, knifes, chopsticks, etc. were available. This made serving rice for a large group quite challenging. It would be great if Ninja City included serving spoons with the rice catering orders, or at least offered them as an add-on option. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.
